This program is designed to help individuals take charge of their wellness in a natural and sustainable way.
Sculpt
With Makayla, you will be scheduled a wellness assessment, 3 personal training sessions based on your
fitness goals at Sky Fitness on 3345 Laird Rd #3, Mississauga, ON L5L 5R6, and a workout program to take home with you.
Shine
From Sydney, you will learn about your skin type and conditions, receive 2 classic facials at Green Tea with
Me Esthetics, and an Individualized GM Collins Discovery Kit (Cleanser, Toner, Moisturizer).
