Green Tea With Me Esthetics is looking for an experienced, passionate, and entrepreneurial Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our established boutique skincare studio through an independent studio partnership.

We're offering the opportunity to build and grow your own clientele within a beautiful, professional treatment space, without the overhead and responsibility of operating an entire spa.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

✨ Professional treatment room in Downtown Oakville

✨ 3.5 days of studio access per week

✨ Access to applicable professional equipment and studio amenities

✨ Opportunity for referrals from an established skincare business

✨ Flexibility to manage your own bookings and clientele

✨ Opportunity to retail Green Tea With Me Skincare products

THE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT:

• $750 monthly facility fee

• 20% studio service split

• You retain 80% of your service revenue

• 100% of your client tips

• Commission on Green Tea With Me retail products sold

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who is confident in their skills, genuinely passionate about skincare, loves building relationships with clients, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience in professional skincare treatments and laser services is strongly preferred, along with the appropriate training and qualifications for the services offered.
